Each of these artists was an outstanding musical and spiritual personality. They all had great influence on development and activities of the founders of the Centre. Andrzej and Mira were deeply connected spiritually and emotionally with all of them. The leaving of all of them was for them a great loss.

Rahul Sakyaputra (Sariputra)

Rahul Sakyaputra (Sariputra) - Whose name was given to the centre, was a great master of sitar, philosopher and an artist painting pictures using watercolors. The founders of the centre met him in Los Angeles and spent a lot of time with him.
They were at some of his concerts among them was a chambre concert at Goldie Hawn?s a famous film star. An interesting event was also a special concert for Andrzej and Mira ? a meeting of Rahul, a master of sitar, with a pianist Howard Richman, an author of ?musical portraits?.
They played together in a unique improvisation. It is very unusual to connect the sitar and the piano, instruments which are so different culturally and musically. It was for Andrzej and Mira a big pain to get a message about his death on 17 th November 2002. He had a heart attack.He was 55.

Rabbi Shlomo Carlebach

Rabbi Shlomo Carlebach - a legendary spiritual teacher, great singer and composer. They met him owing to Rabbi Zalman Shachter, who suggested them meeting his friend Rabbi Shlomo Carlebach.
They also heard about a great teacher from their friend Aleisha Jonai. In winter 1990 they heard his name on television and learnt that he was in Poland. They contacted him and were invited to Cracov.
There they participated in a tour around the city and were on his concert in the Slowacki Theatre. Now they are in very heartfel friendship with his daughter Neshama who became a honorary member of the centre.She was about to come to Poland.

Florian Fricke

Florian Fricke - (23.02 .1944 - 29.IXX. 2001) an uotstanding German composer and visionary, the author of music to Werner Herzog films. Andrzej and Mira met him personally in Munich in 1994.
During that meeting they got from him licence for several titles. The talk had a very heartfelt character.
